Symptoms

The LM_MGRVWAE process is updating historical rows to have LM_MANAGER_ID = 0 in some cases.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run LM_MGRVWAE process
2. Check historical rows inLM_PERSON_JOB and LM_PERSON_ATTRB records. Some will have LM_MANAGER_ID = 0.
