E-CLOUD: Import Windows MT Fails with Discovery Script error "MT Instance Crawl Details Not Found" (Doc ID 3062438.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use import node to add a windows MT tier to an existing CM env in PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, it fails on 'Crawl Windows MT instance' step
the following error occurs.

Exception during execute actions! 

on env_java.log



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From environment menu, import node
2. Add windows MT, fill in details, e.g. OCID, ...etc.
3. Click Done
4. Check import tab from environment details
