Symptoms

Supporting document cannot be attach when using component subdirectory.

Attachment failed to Download (18036,10014)

 

 

REPLICATION STEPS

=================
1: Setup URL for file attachment server. ( PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Maintain URLs)
2: Under Administer file attachment (setup financials > Common definition > File Attachments ) put the URL and create subdirectories for BI_ENTRY and BI_FILE_ATTACH.
3: Create express bill (Billing>Maintain Bills>Express Billing) and attach supporting document when saved getting error, " Attachment failed to Download (18036,10014)"
