E-PIA - Workcenter Left Hand Menu Not Working Properly After Chrome Update

Symptoms
On PT8.59.19 and PT8.60.07 versions, PIA Core Technology a recent Chrome update prevents the Workcenter left hand menu working correctly when a right mouse click is used to click and drag popup grey menu handle when a small window is used.
Try right clicking it and nothing happens. Only a mouse wheel scroll will make the left hand menu scroll up and down.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. Navigate to Integration Broker Workcenter
3. Use right mouse click to check the behaviour
4. Use the mouse wheel scroll to check behaviour
