On ePerformance the Manager is Unable to Edit the "Your Own" Created Item Section

Symptoms
On ePerformance the Manager is unable to edit the "Your Own" created item section.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager
2. Go to the Manager Self Service Home Page
3. Click on Team Performance tile > Team Documents tile
4. Open any Performance Document
5. Click "Add Item" the "+" icon
6. On "Select / Create Items" page click "Your Own" tab
7. Fill all the needed details and click "Done" button
8. Click on "More Actions" the 3 dots for the newly created item section.
