Symptoms
Modify Person error when changing Date Of Birth.
Steps to reproduce the error
1. Navigate to Modify a Person (NavBar: Menu -> Workforce Administration -> Personal Information -> Modify a Person
2. Search for Empl ID
3. Change the date of birth then click “Save” on bottom of page
