When Applying Change Package With Bug 36667744, Change Assistant Indicates Warnings in Steps 'Exporting Change Package MO Project From Source' and 'Copying Consolidated ADS-APP Project to File' (Doc ID 3062854.1)

Symptoms

When applying a change package to the 9.2 target database, Change Assistant indicates warning in two of the steps, 'Exporting Change Package MO Project From Source' and 'Copying Consolidated ADS-APP Project to File'. The detailed log message for the first of those steps shows a list of warnings referencing definition types that will not import into Tools releases prior to a certain version; and the log for the second step shows a list of warnings referencing the EOP ID and the message 'instance not copied, not found on source database. (257,983)'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create change package in PUM and apply it using Change Assistant.
2. On the Change Assistant screen, note the yellow triangles indicating warnings on two of the steps.
3. Click into the steps and the corresponding log messages to review the details.
