Idea Space: Remote Worker Administrator Not Able to Edit Workplace Support data for Remote Worker Requests (Doc ID 3062858.1)

Goal

When using the Remote Worker Administrator tile and trying to edit a Remote Worker Request submitted by either an employee in Employee Self Service or a Manager, the questionnaire (Workplace Support) that is in the Activity Guide gets cleared out and the original data is not retained. If the Administrator originally entered the request and edits it, then the data in the questionnaire is retained.

The Remote Worker Administrator has the ability to edit all of the other steps of the activity guide for an employee or manager.
