EAP: Unable to Delete the Proprietary or Code Field Value From the Supplier ISO And SEPA Page Once the Value is Added and Saved (Doc ID 3062868.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 16, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Payables - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

From the Supplier Identifying Information page, a Propriety value is added through the 'ISO and SEPA Information' link and the Supplier is saved. The Propriety value gets populated in the XML file sent to the bank.

Now this value is no longer needed but the system is not allowing the removal of the value because a Message is received when clicking OK to get out of the page. Due to the message received, there is not a way to remove the value.
