Symptoms
System is not allowing users to select overdue charge item for Payment Plan,below error message shows up.
Overdue charges not posted for item xxxxxx.Cannot be selected(9030,322)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From view/update item details page for an item click on Add Conversation.Navigation : Account Receivables > Customer Accounts > Item information > View/Update Item Details.
2. Go to Payment Plan and select over due charge item on payment plan,Error.
