Create Employee: Warning Messages Seen After New Hire Is Entered Via Create Employee Tile (Doc ID 3063029.1)

Symptoms



A new hire was entered via Create Employee tile. When the Dept user entered the new hire, in the Validate section, only the two warnings in file attached. After the new hire was approved, checked the Job Details and there were two additional warnings that did not appear when entering the new hire.


Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator Menu > Manage Human Resources tile > Create Employee tile > Fill Person Data
2. Press Next button to Validate for no errors and No warnings
3. Continue fill Job Data
4. Press Next button to Validate warning and Submit
5. Sign on with Approver user and Approve
6. Sign on with Administrator and navigate to Workforce Administrator Menu > Manage Human Resources tile > Manage Job tile and select this Employee
7. See Validate messages, new messages are appearing.
