Goal
Tax Update 24C delivered a small change via Patch 36701601 - MODIFY DIRECT DEPOSIT FILE TO ADOPT NACHA RULE CHANGE ON COMPANY ENTRY DESCRIPTION FOR PAYROLL CREDITS.
The change to DDP001 swapped "DIR DEP" to “PAYROLL” due to future NACHA requirements.
But the customer is still seeing "DIR DEP" in the file header that is created.
As with most customers, DDP001 does contain custom changes.
