ELA 9.2: RE_GENTRANS Process Expires the Lease, Does Not Retire the Underlined Leased Asset, Error "XXXX-XX-XX is not a working day for the business unit(9000,928)."

Symptoms
The auto expiration of the lease does not retire the underlined leased asset, however, the lease is expired i.e. RE_GENTRANS process expires the lease, but it does not retire the underlined leased asset.
The process goes to success, however, the message log shows the following information:
2024-06-01 is not a working day for the business unit(9000,928).
Error Saving the component interface. {RE_ASSET_RETIRE}
Error auto retiring the assets 18 under the business unit (LAING).
Steps to replicate
1) Ensure that Saturday and Sunday are not selected as Normal business days, on the Business calendar configuration.
Menu > Set up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Calendar/Schedule > Business Unit.
2) On the Lease Business unit configuration select Lease expiration options as "Notify and Update".
Menu > Set up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Lease Administration > LA Business Unit Definitions.
3) Also Recognizes Financial leases as IFRS leases.
4) Create a lease with a termination date less than the current system date.
Menu > Lease Administration > Payable Lease > Create a new Payable Lease.
5) Enter Asset details and base rent details.
6) Allocate lease payments and activate the lease.
7) Run RE_GENTRANS process.
Menu > Lease Administration > Integration > Manage Transaction Generator.
8) Observed that the lease is expired and the asset is not retired.
