Symptoms

Users get an error when accessing the Additional Names component.

Field does not exist -- DERIVED_NM_LVL1.DISPLAY_NAME. (2,104) NAME_TYPE_VW.EMPLID.RowInit PCPC 545 Statement:8

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information> Biographical > Additional Names
2. Search for an employee
3. Error occurs
