Symptoms

A student attempting to log in to Direct Deposit Setup (SSF_DIRDEP_BANK_FL) using either Android or Iphone, encounters an error. No error when logging in on a desktop computer. After clearing the error, the page will allow data to be entered.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From Student Account tile > Direct Deposit > (add/edit) bank account.
  2. Enter any bank account.
