E-AS: Stdout and Stderr_%SRVID%.%PROCID% Files Missing the Unique Identifier Number (Doc ID 3063546.1)

Symptoms

After having upgraded PeopleTools one encountered  such  files in the log directory of application server PS_CFG_HOME\appserv\LOGS:
stdout_%SRVID%.%PROCID% and stderr_%SRVID%.%PROCID%
whereas as per the documentation https://docs.oracle.com/cd/G10809_01/pt861pbr4/eng/pt/tsvt/ReviewingStdoutAndStderrFiles.html
it should be a unique number associated to each server process instead of '%SRVID%'.'%PROCID%'.

Note that Oracle Tuxedo generates stdout and stderr files for each server process.
