Keyword Search On Add/Update PO Returns Completed, Cancelled And Pending Cancel POs (Doc ID 3063757.1)

Symptoms

Add/Update PO Search giving search result completed, Cancelled and Pending Cancel POs

Steps:
1. Go to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update Pos
2. Search with Business Unit and PO status as Complete
      -- it throws message :   PO(s) in Cancelled, Completed/Pending Cancel status cannot be viewed in Add/update PO page. (102022,690)
3. Search with Business unit and PO status as Blank :
     -- Search result displayed but it does not have any PO with Cancelled, Completed/Pending Cancel status
4. Go to PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Deploy Search Objects
5. Make sure the below definitions are Deployed and Crawled
          EP_PO_PURCHASE_ORDER
          PTPORTALREGISTRY
     -- If not then select and deploy the search definitions on this page. and Go to PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search indexes and run the process for both the search definitions one by one
6. Go to PeopleTools > Utilities > Manage Configurable Search And Search for Page and Add/update POs
7. Select Keyword Search as Search Type And click on Load Fields at the botton
8. Save the configuration.
9. Go to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update Pos
10. Search with Business Unit and PO status as Complete or blank
