On : 8.59 version, File Attachments - Error while uploading attachments:

Issue uploading documents because PSPTFILE_PRCS Table is not getting purged resulting in an error.

An invalid parameter has been passed to one of the following functions: AddAttachment(), ViewAttachment(), or DeleteAttachment().


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Attempt to upload an attachment and error occurs
