Symptoms
When attempting to access the ELM Class Roster Page, the following error occurs.
Fetching array element 2: index is not in range 1 to 1.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Talent Administration>Enterprise Learning>Learner Tasks>Administer Class Rosters>Search Class Code
2. When 0 Learners are marked then for that class-code, the above exception error is displayed.
