Unable to Mass Approve Time Reports due to Error:

Fetching array element 3: index is not in range 1 to 2.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fluid Employee Self Service > Approvals
2. Attempt to approve multiple Time Reports
