On : 8.61 version, File Attachments - PutAttachment failure:

Using a custom excel report created using the PSSpreadsheet Class report is failing due to PutAttachment error, the file has no unicode/special character and it does not seems to be the cause of the issue. The file can be later retrieved from the app server however it is noted that when the data in the report is manipulated by updating the data in the report source tables the PutAttachment works fine. For Example the report has a name column, if we update the source table to replace a name with spaces for any row, the PutAttachment runs to success. In this example the file size was 13.6 KB (13,927 bytes).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom excel report using the PSSpreadsheet Class
2. Report fails due to PPutAttachment failure

Trace shows:
  a. PSCurlFileTransferSession: Upload : File Transfer Failed
  b. PSCurlFileTransferSession: MapErrorcode.
  c. PSCurlFileTransferSession: Destructing the file transfer library object
