Symptoms

On : 8.61 version, Portal Technology - Previous / Next icons causing spacing issues on page:

Noticing some previous/next button issue spacing issues which doesn’t match the Return to Search button. There is a double icons on each of these icons, but not on the return to search.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Perform a Search
3. Double icons showing two arrows
