Symptoms
Form i9 approval - ViewComplete Section 2 doesn't open I-9 to complete in Manage Form I-9 tile
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration Dashboard > Manage Form I-9 tile > View Complete Section2
2. Link is not going anywhere.
