Symptoms
When using Page and Field Configuration Manage Evaluation component an error occurs after deleting an evaluator, and clicking Save.
Fetching array element 9: Index is not in range 1 to 3

This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Campus Community> Evaluation Management System> Manage Evaluations;
- Select an emplid;
- Click on the Individual Evaluator Scheme tab;
- Delete An Evaluator;
- Note the message displayed.
