This is observed after upgrade to PUM 49 or up.
Symptoms
AR Dunning Letter Email Failing to Send when attempting to send an AR Dunning Letter from within the Collections Workbench.

: First operand of . is NULL so cannot access member NOTIFY_TO (180,236)
Replication:
--------------
1. Navigate to: Receivable WorkCenter Tile > Collections Workbench , Enter BU and Customer , click Search.
2. Click on the Correspondence tab then use the scroll bar at the bottom to scroll to the right of the page to the Dunning Letters section. Click on the email Icon.
