Symptoms
OpenSearch Dashboard TimePicker is not filtering dates as expected, specifically AP Payment Metrics does not filter by Payment Date correctly.
STEPS:
1. Go to Payables Home Page - Employee Self Service > Payables Operations
2. Click on the AP Payment Metrics tile
3. Change the TimePicker to filter the data and observe that the data is not filtered by the specified payment dates.
