Symptoms
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Open Chrome browser and Login using SSO to PS eProfit and click on "Shop"
2. Click on supplier to punchout from eProcurement
3. Proceed to add some items to the cart
4. Click on Transfer Shopping Cart
5. Successful return to PeopleSoft
6. Then again click "Continue Shopping" and add another item and click on "Transfer Shopping Cart"
7. Received Error 'Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator'.
