In Accessibility/Screen Reader Mode, The Class Search Form Automatically Refreshes Prior to Completing the Selection in the Combo Boxes (Doc ID 3064454.1)

In Accessibility/Screen Reader Mode, using the Combo Box fields in the Class Search Form, when following the screen reader instructions to press enter to make the selection then the arrow down, the form automatically refreshes even though the selection is not complete. The same steps must then be repeated until the desired selection is reached.

If using the Alt + down arrow when entering the combo box, the issue does not occur.  However, it's expected using the arrow down should work the same, given that's what the instructions specify.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Sign into the application in accessibility mode.
2. Navigate to Student Center > Search then click the 'search'.
3. Tab to the combo box fields in the form,  follow the screen reader instructions to press enter then arrow down, and note the page refreshes.
