After applying Tax Update 24-D, unable to generate PDF output for Paycheck
A Pop-up window appears with the following error:
Unable to generate PDF output.
The system failed to generate the PDF output. Ensure that the XML data is in the file attachment table and in the right format.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Pay
2. Choose View Paycheck
3. All Paychecks are listed based on to and from dates on the page
4. Click on one of the pay checks to view
5. Pop-up error message appears.
