Symptoms
Ran PAYGL02, and the process ran to no success for one Pay Group.
The Commitment Accounting process was run and errored out on Pay Group “R12” with the following error:

***ERRORS HAVE OCCURRED - Paygroup R12 was skipped.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the PAYGL02 - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Provide GL Information>Commitment Accounting Actuals
