A security scan revealed the following vulnerability on PeopleTools 8.59 web and application servers:

Python Library Certifi < 2024.07.04 Untrusted Root Certificate (204790)
Path : <PEOPLETOOLS_HOME>/python/lib/python3.11/site-packages/certifi-2023.7.22.dist-info
  Installed version : 2023.7.22
  Fixed version : 2024.07.04



Is there any solution available without the need to upgrade PeopleTools?
