E-PTF: Test Replay Failed With Error: "Cannot Use Driver Chromedriver_<version>" (Doc ID 3064829.1)

Symptoms

After log in to PTF client while click on run test, it fails below error

begin verifying Chrome
searching directory: <location> for driver files: chromedriver*.exe
found driver: chromedriver_88.0.4324.177.exe version: 000088.000000.004324.000177
testing: 000088.000000.004324.000177
error: cannot use driver chromedriver_88.0.4324.177.exe
session not created: This version of ChromeDriver only supports Chrome version 88Current browser version is 131.0.6778.109 with binary path C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe (SessionNotCreated)
end verifying Chrome


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open PTF client
2. Log in to PTF.
3. Select a test to run and click run
