E-AS: Error "LIBTUX_CAT:582: ERROR: Unable to register, registry table full" When Attempting to Boot the Application Server Domain (Doc ID 3065123.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to boot the application server domain, the following is observed in the Tuxedo log file (<PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<Domain Name>/LOGS/TUXLOG.MMDDYY):

The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Attempt to boot the application server domain using the psadmin utility.
2. Observe the error in psadmin.
