Symptoms

GM_EDI process fails at step GM_EDI.GM_E_010.13A with the following error when proposal cost (TOTAL_DIRECT_COST2) exceeds 8 integer positions:

ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to Grants > Proposals > Enter Proposal Budget Detail;
2. Add a budget of 159,300,000,024 and save;
3. Navigate to Grants > Proposals > Print Proposal;
4. Run the print proposal process.
