E-PIA: Process Detail Modal Window Increases In Size When Clicking Refresh

Symptoms
When clicking on the Refresh button on the Process Detail modal window, the window page increases in size.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Go to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Request.
2.) Run: ALLTYPES process.
3.) Go to Process Monitor.
4.) Click on the link for the Process Name: ALLTYPES.
5.) Once the modal window is open, click on Refresh button.
6.) Notice that the window becomes bigger everytime the Refresh button is clicked.
