Symptoms
SQL error occurring when running Data Archive Manager process for HRS_APPLICANT.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Main Menu >Peopletools > Data Archive Manager > Archive Data to History
2. Run for HRS_APPLICANT
Return: 805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_HRS_APPLICA_HST) violated
