Goal
Tax Update 24-D delivered Patch 35930051 - Maintain Taxable Gross When Zero Contribution and it will be delivered with PUM Image 51 as well.
When testing this patch, the pay check continues to show current tax =.01 instead of a zero contribution.
Are there more details on how to test this patch so this does not continue to happen?
