Notify Email in the ePerformance Documents Do Not Have Editable Subject Line. (Doc ID 3066034.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to navigate to the ePerformance Document and opens the notify page, the subject field is non-editable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Team Performance > Current Document > Create Documents / Click on existing document.
2. Click on 3 dots on top right of the page in the Performance Document.
3. Click on Notify Icon.
4. Subject is non editable in the popup Notify page.
