Symptoms


Learners are getting a SQL error when attempting to drop classes through Employee Self Service pages. This occurs for classes that have had their Learner Group security removed.

Fatal SQL error occurred.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ESS > Learning tile > My Learning > View all
2. Select a program and try to drop yourself from a class in the program
3. Fatal SQL error will occur
