Symptoms


When running TAX103CN, it is populating the CAN_TAX_DATA for terminated employees.
The situation is that the employee(s) in question were transferred from one Company to another Company, using same Employee ID and Empl_Rcd.

Thus there is no termination date for the original Company.  Even though this employee is terminated, a row is created in


Steps to Reproduce
1. Transfer an employee with only one Empl_Rcd from One Company to another, without terminating the employee in the original company
    a) Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
    b) Transfer Employee from Company A to Company B for a prior year
2.  Terminate the employee after a few pays are run
    a) Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
    b) Terminate Employee from Company B
3. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Year-End Processing CAN > Year-End/New Year Preparation > Update Source Deductions
4. Run the process
5. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data CAN > Tax Information > Update Employee Tax Data    
   a) Notice that Terminated employee has a new row.
