Symptoms

When attempting to import a customized psft client instance,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import a database node to create an environment
2. Import the psft client to the newly created environment with database node only
3. Check import tab to see error in 'Synch Windows Client Instance' step
