Symptoms
After creating a manual check for an employee with a Zero dollar Net Pay and Earnings Gross <> 0, a PDF was not generated for the paycheck
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a manual check and enter negative earnings(Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing CAN > Update Paysheets > By Paysheet).
2. Add some deduction to bring the net pay zero.
3. Calculate Pay (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing CAN > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll)
4. Confirm Pay (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing CAN > Produce Payroll > Confirm Payroll)
5. run the Create pdf pay check process. (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing CAN > Produce Checks > Create PDF Paychecks)
