EPY: Indiana Localities 087 And 089 Have the Historical Data Incorrect Before Effective Date 01/01/2025. (Doc ID 3067032.1)

 After applying Tax Update 24-D, a New Effective Date 01/01/2025 has been created for Indiana Localities 087 and 089, but with the names changed.

According to Bug 36591819 - CORRECT LOCALITY CODES FOR LAKE AND LAGRANGE delivered in Tax Update 24-D:

"We deactivated Lake, IN (087) and Lagrange, IN (089). Then we delivered new locals for Lake, IN (089) and Lagrange, IN (087) effective 01/01/2025."

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related  > Payroll for North America > Local Taxes > Tax Table.
2. Select state IN, locality 087 and Search.
3. The locality 087 will show an effective date of 01/01/2025 with the Locality Name LAGRANGE.
4. All row in the history will show LAGRANGE, where it was LAKE before the Tax Update 24-D.
5. The same happens with locality 089 that was changed to from LAGRANGE to LAKE.
