Symptoms

When setting up Dynamic Roles and adding a role query to a role on the Dynamic Members tab, then hitting "Test Rule", the Test Rule is saving the page and running the dynrole_publ AE job without prompting the user and should not be run.
However when you leave the page the prompt to save or discard changes still pops up as if you made a change. This issue is a problem when testing a new query rule without making changes to the environment.

Note: This seems to only occur when the number of returned rows exceeds a certain number. Both roles where this has occurred have over 4,000 users getting the role assigned. Roles where the number of users being assigned access is 600 users or below does not prompt this save and trigger of the job.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create dynamic role rule
2. Add rule to role
3. test role rule.
