E-NV: nVision Layouts with Excel Notes, Run in OpenXML Mode, Throw Errors on Opening the File in Tools 8.60 and Above (Doc ID 3067099.1)

Symptoms

nVision layouts with Excel Notes, run in OpenXML mode, throw the below error on opening the file in Tools 8.60 and above.

"Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content."


Steps to Replicate:
------------------
1. Create nVision layout with Excel notes added to a field that generates values.
2  Log into PIA and navigate to Reporting Tools-> PS/nVision -> PS/nVision Schedule Requests.
3. Create the Report Request for the new layout.
4. Run the nVision report on the sever with OpenXML mode configured.
5. Observe the process run to Success/Posted status.
6. Open the generated Report and see the above error message displayed.
