Goal
Q: When a HIPAA EDI 834 record has a COBRA_EVENT_ID = 1, the record has a valid reason. When the record has a COBRA_EVENT_ID = 900, the reason code is blank, causing the file to fail. How can we ensure there is always a valid COBRA Reason?
