EPY: CAN After Running Create T4/T4A Electronic File , CTXXM001 Failed the Parser Validation (Doc ID 3067548.1)

After running Create T4/T4A Electronic File (CTX910XM), both T4-CTXXM001 and T4A-CTXXM001 files failed parser validation.
The following error appeared on the validator 'Altova XMLSpy'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Payroll for North America, Year-End Processing CAN, T4/T4A Reporting, Create T4/T4A Electronic File
2. Run the CTX910XM.sqr process
3. Run the file through the 'Altova XMLSpy' parser validator and error occurs on the validator page.
