AM_DPCLOSE Close Depreciation with Journal Generator enabled creates multiple journals with amount = 0

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Asset and Save.
Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Express Add
2. Run the Calculate Depreciation process
Asset Management > Depreciation > Processing > Calculate Depreciation
3. Run the Create Accounting Entries process
Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Create Accounting Entries
4..Run the Close Depreciation process with the Process GL Journal Generator selected/enabled
Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Close Depreciation
