Symptoms


Last start date is not being updated after changing it in Manage Hires when employment dates are changed.

 

Replication Steps:

  1. Use any hire template for USA region and add data to it with smart template based hire.
  2. Go to: Manage Smart HR Transactions page > Transactions to Process and click Name hyperlink.
  3. In Manage Transaction Details page change the Effective Date to past date and click Add Personal Data button
  4. Organizational Relationships tab set Employee checkbox turned ON and Select Checklist Code: Hire
  5. Click Add Relationship button
  6. In Job Data component / Work Location page do not save it but cancel it. Make no changes in the page.
  7. In Manage Hire Details page, change the Effective Date again to any other. 8. Click Add Job Data button
