Customer is facing issue with jobstes where the scheduled jobsets are not picking automatically and when run the job manually process is going to success and but it does not trigger STUDENT_FIN_ACCTG_LINE service operation in Integration broker .


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Manual/Individual Posting :

1. Main Menu > Student Financials > GL Interface > Generate Accounting Entries
2. PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Monitor Asynchronous Services
3. Verify the STUDENT_FIN_ACCTG_LINE Service Operations Count (Works Fine)

Batch Processing :
---
1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Scheduler Jobs > Add a New Value > Enter the Parameters
2. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Request
3. Run the Process
4. PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Monitor Asynchronous Services
5. Verify the STUDENT_FIN_ACCTG_LINE Service Operations Count
